PARISH LIFE

GIVING BACK

All Community Outreach

All Community Outreach (ACO) is serving its neighbors and friends in Allen and the surrounding communities in Collin County by helping families avoid hunger and homelessness through providing food, clothing, utility, and housing assistance.

At St. Stephen’s we can show our support for this worthwhile ministry by dedicating the first Sunday of every month as ACO Sunday collecting toilet paper and paper towels to be delivered monthly. As opportunities arise throughout the year such as seasonal projects including the Thanksgiving, Holiday and Back to School Programs everyone will be notified.

There are a wide variety of opportunities where people may serve on an on-going basis from resale stores, a food pantry and clerical office work. If you would like to volunteer, see more about this on the ACO website at www.acocares.org

Lookout for upcoming volunteer opportunities with ACO and other

local non-profits.

I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. -Acts 20:35
